How can I donate to your cause and are my donations tax deductible?

Donations can be made through PayPal on our website or you can mail a check to: Feline Underground Rescue, 30724 Benton Road, Ste C302 #595, Winchester, CA 92596. We are in the process of applying for tax exempt status with the IRS, upon approval of that application your donations will then be tax deductible (even if you make them before the application is approved). However, if the application is not approved, donations will not be tax deductible.

Where is your shelter located?

Feline Underground Rescue is not a shelter but a rescue organization, run by volunteers who work out of their homes so there is no physical location to go to. We will soon have adoption centers where our cats and kittens that are up for adoption can be seen. In the meantime, please contact fur@felineundergroundrescue.com for a list of available cats and kittens for adoption.

Does your organization only do cats?

At this time the Feline Underground Rescue is only equipped to handle the rescuing of cats and kittens. There may be a possibility of expanding to include the rescuing of dogs and puppies at a later date.

What kind of volunteer opportunities does your organization offer?

Anyone who wishes to volunteer with Feline Underground Rescue will need to complete a short application so that we can properly fit the skills of the volunteer to the needs of the organization. All applicants will be considered, including those under the age of 18 (some rules may apply to them) and upon approval, will be trained for the tasks required.
